The Beta Eta House Corporation, Inc. of Tallahassee, Florida, (BHHC) is a Florida 501(c)(7) not-for-profit corporation. The oldest of all Beta Eta affiliated alumni groups, generations of chapter alumni are familiar with the BHHC through its informal name of “Housing Corp.” The principle duty of the BHHC is the stewardship and management of the chapter house currently located 423 West College Avenue.

The BHHC is managed by a board of directors which is elected each year during the corporation’s Annual Meeting held on Florida State’s Homecoming weekend.
